Our History

The people of the Pavaratty have been relishing the delicious flavour of the iconic Paulson Bakery for the past 73 years. With a great dream and vision, the founder Mr. C.P Paul (Pawlose Atten) stared the soda factory in 1947 with a small setup and investment, which successively developed into a bakery and eatery house. During the initial and growth time of the business, the founder was supported by his wife, sons and daughters with their ideas and kind gesture. To capture the hearts of the people from Pavaratty and other places nearby, he produced and delivered a large variety of delicious foods with highest form of quality and friendly services. Later in the year 1988, Mr. C.P Wilson was inherited and took charge as the owner of the bakery. By keeping founder’s vision always in mind, we continued to serve our customers and clients with utmost care. Our specialities include quality bread, rusk, mouth-watering cakes, cookies and other sweets, savoury and snacks. Our staffs are highly skilled professionals who act as our backbone during the course of the business. Lastly the people from Pavaratty and surrounding places have played a vital part in showcasing and being supportive in development of the bakery.
